TSO to kick off the season!

Almost every year now, for the last four years, TSO has kicked off our Christmas season. This year they were in Reno for two shows the day after Thanksgiving. We as a family went to the PM show. It has sort of become a tradition now to go have dinner before the show all together and then head over to the venue to find our seats.

The night of the concert it was raining and I didn't want to get my hair wet so I wrapped my scarf around it. Kind of funny looking isn't it? :)

Dwayne was hungry and ready to go inside to get some food!

They put together a nice long table for us all. Pictured here is Mellie with cousin Jordan.

Dwayne has had a little food and is feeling much better!

Me with Dwayne. Once dinner was finished it was off to the Reno Events Center for the show. The weather was wet, windy and very cold. Parking was terrible! We had a tough time finding a spot but , alas, we made it to the show!

If you've never seen TSO live, you must try to go at least once. They never disappoint. Their shows are always energetic and awesome.

They have their own singers, musicians and workers but they also incorporate the town's musicians as well to fill in their strings section.

They do it all, smoke, lasers, lights, fire, you name it, they have it!

The lights always match the beats of the music and it really pulls you in.

Our seats were right where the platform was for when they came off the stage and into the audience.

My cousin Olowan had never been before and she really enjoyed it. She looked at me and said "I want their CD!"

Like I said, it is an amazing show and we look forward to it every year now!
